These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Salespy ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Salespy provides a service for tracking product prices across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Home Depot. Our goal is to help users find the best possible deals by monitoring prices and notifying users when a product they are interested in experiences a price change. In the future, users will also be able to view daily deals and search for products to compare prices across these marketplaces.
Salespy is designed for regular consumers who shop on these marketplaces. By registering for and using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Salespy offers several subscription plans, each with different pricing, features, and limitations on the number of products that can be tracked. Pricing details for each plan will be made available on our website. Users can choose the subscription plan that best fits their needs.
All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to one of our plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee.
Salespy does not offer refunds. Once you have subscribed and paid for the service, you will continue to receive the benefits of your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your subscription will either renew or terminate based on your choice.
You may change your subscription plan or cancel it at any time through your FastSpring account. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Canceling a subscription will prevent further charges, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your current subscription period.
To access our services, users must create an account. Registration is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, as payment information such as credit card details is required.
When creating an account, users are required to provide a valid email address, first name, last name, and payment information. Users are not allowed to change their email address after registration but can update other account details, including payment information, through their account settings.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at info@salespy.app. Once your request is processed, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our system.
Salespy collects only the information necessary to provide our service, specifically your email address, first name, and last name. This information will be retained as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Salespy uses cookies to enhance your experience on our website, including session management and analytics. By using our service, you agree to our use of cookies in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. Salespy uses SSL encryption to protect your data in transit. We do not store any financial information, such as credit card details, on our servers. All payment processing is handled by FastSpring, a trusted third-party payment processor, and any financial data is securely stored by FastSpring.
In the event of a data breach or other security incident, we will notify affected users in a timely manner and take appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of the breach.
At present, Salespy does not offer two-factor authentication, but we plan to implement it in the future to further protect user accounts.
Salespy does not allow users to create or share content on our platform. Users may leave reviews or ratings for products on the respective marketplace pages, but there is no functionality for posting reviews directly on Salespy.
Salespy relies on third-party data providers to supply product information and pricing from Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Home Depot. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not control the quality or availability of data provided by these sources.
Please note that price data is updated once per day. As a result, there may be instances where prices change multiple times in a day, and the information provided by Salespy may not reflect these changes immediately. Salespy cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of price data due to this limitation.
Salespy does not guarantee that the prices and availability of products displayed on our platform will always be accurate. Due to the delay in updating data from our provider, users should independently verify the prices before making any purchase decisions. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from inaccurate pricing data or the temporary unavailability of the service.
Salespy strives to provide uninterrupted access to our service. However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability due to potential outages or issues with third-party providers and FastSpring.
Salespy operates under the laws of Ukraine, as the service is currently being developed and maintained from Ukraine. However, we plan to register a company in the United States in the future. Until such a time, all legal matters related to the service will be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Salespy integrates with third-party services, such as FastSpring for payment processing. By using our service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party providers, which are available on their respective websites: FastSpring Terms of Service
Salespy is not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, cyber-attacks, or disruptions in internet service.
Salespy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
